A lot of people get anxiety and depression while in space and outside of earth. In this website we will solve the problem and give a solution to this problem.
Our solution is that we’re going to make an app that will be included in the regular routine of the astronauts, and they will have to complete it every morning. The app will be a series of questions designed to get more intense as the time period in the space passes to monitor the mental well-being of every astronaut. It will ask the astronauts a series of questions every day. It will be mandatory to do it, The app will have answers in the form of a yes, no, likely, not likely or never.
The app will each day assess the answers and draw conclusions based on the statistics collected from the astronauts in the elapsed time in the space ship. The app will monitor if the astronaut is stable, better or declining each day and whenever an astronaut has a score below the optimal score, it will red flag the report and immediately send an alert to the panel of doctors associated with the app. The astronaut in question will be immediately sent another predetermined series of questions to allow the app to collect more information to make accurate judgement in the level and type of issue the astronaut is feeling.
The result will be assessed by the panel of psychologists which will determine if the person is going through a mental health disorder and then make scheduled sessions with the right doctor in the panel to treat them.
This way the astronaut’s mental well being can be monitored regularly and quick and accurate assessment be made without delay and waiting for the problem to escalate. As generally, it has been observed that a person suffering mental health issues does not realize how serious or if any problem at all exists, before he can reach out for help.
